Isobaric design: the two woofers are back-to-back (one inside that can't be seen). They're connected in reverse phase, so that they move together as a piston. That piston action produces bass that is extremely clean and tight. Also, any resonances within the cabinet can't come back through the woofer, because the twin woofers act as a buffer.
One of the best stand-mounts available, the Mani 2 Sigs are known for their low end performance (28hz!), their sweet mids, and extended highs. They throw a beautifully wide and airy sound stage. In his Stereophile review JA declared the Mani2s one of his favourite stand-mounted speakers.
Totem speakers are also known for their build quality. These are built in-house in Totems woodworking shop in Montreal, Canada, not contracted outside the country. They have lock-mitered joints for exceptional strength.
